I would highly recommend Fibrenew services! I recently had Gerald come out to repair a cracked leather car seat. He was professional and did very good work. He was quick and you cant even notice where the cracks were anymore, looks brand new!

Gerald saved my brand new car! I had black colour transfer from faux leather pants on the entire back row of my cream colour leather. I thought I would need to get a new seat! Gerald was able to fix this and restore it back to its beauty. You would never notice! 10/10 would recommend!

Gerald was AMAZING! It was an awesome experience from the start. We had some damage to one of our leather sofa seat cushions. Gerald arrived at the time we agreed on. He assessed the damage and made the necessary repairs on-site in the time he initially indicated. Gerald was a pleasure to work with! I called him regarding a leather stool that had torn. I called multiple companies, that all refused to even attempt the repair, as it was in a delicate spot. Gerald contacted me promptly after my initial email was sent. He showed great interest in wanting to help me and even requested additional photos before committing to the repair. He was a pleasure to have in my home, very respectful, clean and quality of work was phenomenal!
(I even asked him to take a look at a scratch I had on my hardwood, and he made it magically disappear!)

If you are looking for prompt professional service and excellent craftmanship, look no further. I called Gerald on a Friday morning inquiring about repairing a tear in my couch cushion. He told me he would be able to come that Friday afternoon to inspect the tear. Upon inspection we decided it would make more sense for him to run it through his machine back home to sew it up v. hand sewing it there. He took my cushion with him and it was returned to me that following Tuesday morning. Somehow my cushion seems fluffier than before and you'd never know it had a tear.
Gerald @ Fibernew Mississauga W is the guy you need for auto interior repairs that others cannot fix without replacing the entire unit, carpet etc. My '19 Audi Q7 had a dime size puncture on the floor carpet, and also a floor OEM knob for mats came off. I did not know if these 2 repairs can be done, until I found out about Gerald with Fibernew. Gerald was prompt on time at my place, and took care of the job while ensuring the vehicle is in good hands. I was not able to locate the puncture on the carpet, it was FLUSH, and floor knob was clipped back in much stronger than OEM.
Will definitely be calling Gerald for any further repairs if needed. Very satisfied with his meticulous work. Thank you Gerald!

Gerald did an amazing job in restoring my vintage chesterfield leather couch, when i had little hope of it being possible. There were a lot of deep cracks in the leather of the seat cushions and scratches on other parts being a very old couch, Gerald was able to colour match and thoroughly dye the all the deep cracks, repair any damage, and restore it to looking like a new luxurious couch that even looks better than a $10, 000 couch from Restoration hardware. He is very easy to talk to, and will always advise you on the best cost and time efficient way for whatever your repair need is. Gerald is THE guy in the west end for all of your leather repair needs and works very well with vintage leather.
I had my 3 seater and love seat treated by Gerald. I had a small rip in my 3 seater and I had a few spots on my couch. Gerald was able to turn my 10 year old couch to looking like I just picked it up from the furniture store. Gerald is the best and can service all your leather and vinyl needs. We recently called Gerald to see if he could fix our leather loveseat. The back of the chair on the one side was broken and the recliner on the opposite side was also broken. It had been broken for some time, but since it matched our chair and couch I wanted to see if it could be repaired. When Gerald arrived we looked at what the issues were and it looked pretty dim and irreparable because the metal brace was broken, nevertheless Gerald found a way to fix the seat back so it was usable and also fix the opposite recliner mechanism. He was so patient and understanding and knew it was important to us to be able to use the loveseat over the holidays. He was so pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Gerald for any of your furniture or leather needs.

We purchased an off lease BMW M4 cabriolet from A BMW dealer back in August. They tried to clean the Arctic white leather interior but did a terrible job. It was so bad that the leather finish was stripped in more than a few places. This is where I got a hold of Gerald. He initially came for the estimate and explained what has to be done. He ended up re spraying and color matching about 80% of the interior including seats, door panels and arm rest. Let me tell you the man can work some magic. We couldn’t be happier. Work was done with extreme detail, on time and on budget. And to think a week before I was looking for a replacement interior. I would recommend Gerald to anyone.

I emailed Gerald about redoing my car seats, unfortunately it seems the prior owner painted the seats which I had no idea of. Gerald gave me his professional opinion on what the next step would be to fix the problem. He gave me his assessment and could not guarantee the job would be done to my satisfaction based on the previous owners hack job. Although I did not get the work done, I fully appreciated Gerald’s honesty about the job and not just going ahead with the job to make a sale. I had warranty issues with both of my leather sofas and the repair was scheduled with Fibrenew. Gerald did an amazing job on the repair! Both sofas look better than the day we actually had them delivered. He is very informative and explained exactly why my sofas were cracked and faded after only a few months. It was a result of a manufacturers defect, but he was fully able to mend the issue and prevent it from happening so quickly in the future. He is also extremely respectful and suggested he use my basement space to do the repair so that he wouldn’t interrupt my work day as I work from home. We will 150% be calling Gerald in the future for maintenance on our sofas and we 150% recommend him to anyone who is looking for any type of leather repair. You will not be disappointed!

We needed a leather sectional repaired, as it had ripped in a couple of places from years of kids jumping on it. Gerald came to our home to assess the job, and told us honestly that he could fix it, but that he wasn't sure how good it would look. We gave him the go ahead anyway, and are more than pleased with the outcome. The kids should get a few more years out of this couch, it looks great, and the price was excellent. Gerald is a consummate professional. Respectful, kind, honest and knowledgable. Highly recommend!
I haven't experienced or even heard of the service I received from Gerald today since the 80's. I asked him to come up to see if he could repair my power recliner as the power wasn't working. Not only did he fix that in record time but he then set to work on getting cat scratches out of the arm of my chair. The chair looks like new, works like new and will probably save me the time and money of going out to look for a new chair. I have a bit of a med problem so going out is a bit of a pain so he helped me immensely there. He also helped me change the situation of my chairs in my house so I could start using the chair that's best for my condition. I could go on but I'll end this by saying thanks to Gerald, and if anybody out there wants courteous, fast and professional help, just call Gerald. I haven't written ANY recommendations before but this was certainly justified.
Fibrenew will always be at the top of my list when it comes to work of this nature. Gerald was a pleasure to work with and his workmanship beyond anything I could have imagined. Every time I now open the door of my Nissan Juke my former feelings of gloom have ben replaced with real pride and joy. I called Fibrenew about a cigarette burn on my Audi TT convertible leather seat. I was about to replace the entire seat but I thought I'd give Fibrenew a shot first. Gerald was professional, and showed up right on time. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and educated me about the entire Fibrenew process. Gerald even offered to repair the wear and tear on the leather center console. The mobile service is extremely convenient as I didn't have to take time off work to deal with the repair.
