“We recently called Gerald to see if he could fix our leather loveseat. The back of the chair on the one side was broken and the recliner on the opposite side was also broken. It had been broken for some time, but since it matched our chair and couch I wanted to see if it could be repaired. When Gerald arrived we looked at what the issues were and it looked pretty dim and irreparable because the metal brace was broken, nevertheless Gerald found a way to fix the seat back so it was usable and also fix the opposite recliner mechanism. He was so patient and understanding and knew it was important to us to be able to use the loveseat over the holidays. He was so pleasant and helpful.
