“If you are looking for prompt professional service and excellent craftmanship, look no further. I called Gerald on a Friday morning inquiring about repairing a tear in my couch cushion. He told me he would be able to come that Friday afternoon to inspect the tear. Upon inspection we decided it would make more sense for him to run it through his machine back home to sew it up v. hand sewing it there. He took my cushion with him and it was returned to me that following Tuesday morning. Somehow my cushion seems fluffier than before and you'd never know it had a tear.”
