In April, I called Chesterfield Shop regarding a tear in my leather chair. Their quote to repair it was far too much, however they did provide me with an alternative, to call Fibrenew. I called and spoke to Saurabh Prashar. He advised me to send a picture of the tear which I did. Saurabh quickly provided a quote and we set up an appointment. He was running a bit late but emailed me to let me know his morning job was running longer than he expected. When he arrived on time, he covered the floor and immediately started work. He spent time to ensure the colour of the product he would use on my chair was a perfect match to the colour of my cream chair. With each step, he explained in detail what he was doing. He also provided great information for me to properly care for the leather on my chairs and couch. I was impressed. The next day I checked my chair and there was no indication the chair ever had a tear. The colour was a perfect match. Since I work for an event Company that requires maintenance on their leather furnishings and products, I have provided Saurabh's contact information to them. I know they will be pleased with his work, and I will certainly recommend him to anyone in need of repairs. Thank you, Saurabh.

Feel like a brand new set after being re-dyed and stuffed. Unbelievable that it could all be done in my home without me having to send my furniture out . The service was professional , fast, cost effective and environmentally friendly as it saved the furniture from going to landfill . I would highly recommend fibrenew and would not hesitate to use them again.

Gerald did a fantastic job on my 1969 MGB Dash repair. . The vinyl dash had a few cuts from old age over the years and he was able to fill the cuts and blend in the black colour and it now looks brand new out of the showroom and you can not see when the old cuts were. Way to go Gerald, Bravo you are very talented at what you do. Thank you. Ralph
