Shimai did a wonderful job repairing my dad's leather couch. It had one of the buttons stuck due to leather stretching. A few other upholstery folks were hesitant to work on it. However, he said that he would help and was able to do it very promptly. He is very responsive, professional, and personable. It was easy to schedule his visit and repairs. Furthermore, he even contacted me to ensure that I was fully satisfied with his visit, which I was. The couch looks brand-new again! I would highly recommend Fibrenew.

Amazing repairs on our leather set! Our couch, sofa, and chair were all damaged when we moved to Wisconsin. After Fibrenew came out, I cannot tell where the damages were, matched color perfectly and cannot see any seams. Excellent work, excellent repairs, excellent customer service!
