AMAZING RESULTS...could not be happier!!! While recently pet sitting for friends, I accidentally stained an expensive leather sectional with an insect repellent (do not use DEET anywhere near leather furniture...who knew). I was impressed with FibreNew Mesa, from the first phone call as Gordon knew exactly what caused the staining and assured me that they could repair the damage to a like new condition. Mike the technician was beyond great. He took the time to explain the entire process to me in advance, as this was not my leather sectional, and I had some questions and concerns. He even helped me relocate my friends' bird (who loves to bite) as a precaution for the chemical fumes generated from the dying process. The results were simply amazing, as I was not able to find any evidence of re-dying the leather. And the high-end leather sectional honestly looks better after the repair than it did before the staining (as he repaired other areas of minor damage unrelated to the DEET stains). I personally think Mike is more of an artist than a technician. And based on my experience, I would not hesitate to use and/or recommend FibreNew Mesa for any and all of future leather repairs.
