We had a problem with a leather sectional at our condo in Mesa, AZ. After speaking with the owner of Fibrenew, Gord, he dispatched Daniel to our condo (the same day) to repair the damage left by some guests. Daniel went to work on the sectional and did a splendid job of patching a couple of punctures and repairing some abrasions. The colour-matching was particularly well done! Daniel was courteous and knowledgeable and explained the processes he used to mend the leather. If we experience any more problems with any upholstery, we will be calling Fibrenew Mesa.
