“We needed new padding in three sections of our leather couch as well as a repair on an older high end leather Laz-E-Boy recliner.
Carmine listened to our questions and concerns as were were deciding whether to replace one or both or have him do the required work. He then explained the pros and cons of what he could do to extend the life of the items. His manner and knowledge as well as his explanation of how he would do the necessary work gave us the confidence to go ahead with the repairs. We were quoted a very reasonable pricing with him being detailed and clear on the cost break down. He ordered materials and let us know within in a few days of when he could do the work. He arrived on the agreed upon day and time. Carmine's work was as promised and excellent. There was also a small issue with a part missing on one foot rest which he also came prepared to fix which, it turns out, he did, without even mentioning it. Carmine is an honest, skilled, knowledgeable and hard working person, who we highly recommend. We would not hesitating to use again in the future.
