We had a new head unit installed in our 2008 Jeep Liberty and the dash got a little grease on it. When we tried to clean it, it only got worse as the color was coming off the panel. We sent Mike pictures of the damage and he said he could improve it. He came to our house and made it look as good as new. We could not be happier. His price was very reasonable. I recently had a chance to work with Fibrenew and I am extremely satisfied with their work. My chiropractic table had multiple tears and patches of wear and tear for months. I looked to reupholster it and Fibrenew gave me a great quote and did fantastic work. My table looks brand new and will last me for years to come. Don't know what to say. Repaired my damaged chair in less than an hour, and it looks brand new. Mike Carter did a great job!
Mike showed up on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I had a relatively new leather chair, that I had inadvertently damaged the leather dye while trying to remove a ballpoint pen mark. Lazy- Boy was not much help (they sell chairs, not so much on repair). I had ordered and received some dye from Lazy Boy, but it was not a good match. Michael showed up and said "you can tell me your story, but I know how to fix this. I am going to fix what I see as the problem. This is what I'm trained to do." And boy did he. He knows what he is doing. Just get out of his way and let him work his magic. I am a very pleased customer.
Wow, just wow! Michael and his assistant repaired my leather sofa cushions that had been badly scratched by my dogs. He told me when providing the quote that he could repair to 80-90%. Result was 125%. Literally looks like it did when I picked it out from the showroom! I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you for saving my sofa! Highly recommend!
