“Steve at Fibre new was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. We have two 30 year old leather sofas with non detachable seat cushions. The seat part was the only part that was damaged from years of use. They were past the stage in which the leather itself could be repaired. It was worn so thin and one had a rip which we had glued together temporarily.
Fibrenew picked up both sofas to repair. The quality and colour match are wonderful. Our sofas were returned to us after one week, I had thought they'd be gone for a month. I was so amazed it was done so quickly and they look brand new.
It was an expensive repair, but that is due to the fact that it was leather. It was the price we had been quoted and agreed to, so no surprises.
