“Casey is a gentleman who does great work. We had a seam come undone on our couch. When we first noticed it, the opening was about an inch long. We informed the furniture store since the couch was under warranty. They evaluated it and said they would schedule Casey to fix it. However, their notification info was never sent and it took quite a few weeks before Casey got the repair request. He came out within a couple days - by that time the seam hole had grown to almost 3 inches. Casey fixed the seam without hesitation even though it was quite a bit more work than the furniture store originally indicated. We had a nice chat while he worked. Casey's expertise showed through and the repair was completed quickly and thoroughly. Thanks Casey.”
