I called them out and they were fast to respond and set up a repair appointment. Upon initial inspection, they determined that my couches weren't leather as I thought they were. Instead of charging me to fix them and taking my money, they chose to be honest with me and tell me that my couches weren't leather like I thought, and that it wasn't worth it to fix them because they will start peeling back up within a year or two, so it was best to sell and buy something that can be repaired.
