Brian did a great job on our exam table. He came to our office, assessed the table, gave a great quote. When we agreed for him to recover our table he came at the end of a Friday to pick it up and then brought it back on Monday morning before our patients came in. He didn't disrupt our flow and he was in and out!

We used Brian to repair a perforated seat in one of our customers vehicle, a 2017 Ford Expedition, that had a burn hole in it, We are very pleased with the results. He responded quickly to our inquiry , he came on time , did the work in a timely manner, was neat and clean, and did an excellent job. If you need any type of fabric repair in a vehicle I highly recommend Brian, you won't be disappointed.
Our two couches had compressed cushions that were not that comfortable and not that easy to get up from a sitting position. We thought the only thing we could do was to replace them. Other than the lack of cushion support, the couches were in good shape. I Googled "leather repair" and saw Brian's ad. I contacted him and explained the problem and he said that he could repair them. He gave us a very fair price and did an excellent job. He made sure that we were happy with the finished work before he left. I would recommend Brian to anyone else who might have a need for leather repair.

I'd give Brian 10 stars if I could! I reached out to him for a boat seat repair and he responded immediately with an explanation of what he could do, how much it would cost and when he would be able to do it.
He traveled to the location of my boat with a reasonable travel fee (completely understandable with gas prices) and got the job done above and beyond my expectations. The repairs are unnoticeable and the color match was perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend Brian and will definitely use him again in the future if needed.
Brian saved my car seat. There was a small stain on the passenger seat, had been there for a while. I tried to clean it, but the stain got bigger and uglier, instead. And i almost ruined the leather.

I can't say enough about Brian's honest and prompt business style. Prior to coming across Brian and Fibrenew, I had called and researched a few places, but no one returned my call. Once I contacted Brian, he promptly returned my call and setup a date and time for my repair. As promised, he called me a few days prior to finalize our appointment and then even had the courtesy of calling me from my driveway. Once he inspected my sofa (a leather sectional), he candidly informed me that he could repair it, but my best option was to replace an entire panel, as he feared the leather was too compromised. He easily could have made the repairs, received his payment and waited for me to call back with additional holes that needed to be repaired in the future. Brian is not like that, he took the high road and told me the truth and best route for me. It is rare you come across someone who is as honest as he is. He did not accept any payment or even a cup of coffee. I have never written a review online before, but felt compelled after the interaction I had with Brian. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He is truthful, kind, and prompt. We need more old-school businessmen like Brian!
A house call was made to refurbish and refresh my husband’s favorite leather chair and ottoman. It had faded and was scuffed. They moved the furniture to the garage (flawlessly and without hitting our old narrow doorways) and worked on-site most of the day. They cleaned, treated and put several coats on the leather. The result of their labor is a new favorite chair with a handsome and rich leather- almost the same as when purchased- only better because it has a little wear and it looks new, but lived in. The leather is soft and has luster again. I highly recommend Fibrenew Hartford. Wish I had done it years ago!
