“I can't say enough about Brian's honest and prompt business style. Prior to coming across Brian and Fibrenew, I had called and researched a few places, but no one returned my call. Once I contacted Brian, he promptly returned my call and setup a date and time for my repair. As promised, he called me a few days prior to finalize our appointment and then even had the courtesy of calling me from my driveway. Once he inspected my sofa (a leather sectional), he candidly informed me that he could repair it, but my best option was to replace an entire panel, as he feared the leather was too compromised. He easily could have made the repairs, received his payment and waited for me to call back with additional holes that needed to be repaired in the future. Brian is not like that, he took the high road and told me the truth and best route for me. It is rare you come across someone who is as honest as he is. He did not accept any payment or even a cup of coffee. I have never written a review online before, but felt compelled after the interaction I had with Brian. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He is truthful, kind, and prompt. We need more old-school businessmen like Brian!”
