Very good experience with FiberNew. My leather headboard had a worn, softened spot that needed repair. The technician was professional, explained everything clearly, and restored the strength and color very nicely.
From an angle, you can see a slight difference in the sheen, but the color blended perfectly and looks great compared to how it looked before the work was done. I'm very happy with the result and would highly recommend them.
Mr Rose/Fibrenew Greensboro did a fantastic job bringing my leather sofa, chair and loveseat back to life. I have a 4 1/2 year-old beautiful leather recliner that I purchased from Costco. One day, it decided to stop raising the feet. I found Terry and he came over.
That was the first attempt at repair. Possibly a bad switch. What perplexed him was the headrest was not moving, in addition to the foot not moving. He replaced the motor and yay!!!! It works. This was not his fault. Within 30 minutes of him leaving the headrest - the USB worked, but the foot stopped reclining.
He came over again so graciously.
The (positioning of the) motor just needed to be manipulated, (tighten screws/loosen screws, etc), in a certain way. That's why he's a master. It just needed to be manipulated in such a way that it worked perfectly. Now I can have my husband spend the night on the recliner. Lol.
He is definitely on my Christmas Dinner list
