“Terry is an ace/master at his profession!
I have a 4 1/2 year-old beautiful leather recliner that I purchased from Costco. One day, it decided to stop raising the feet. I found Terry and he came over.
That was the first attempt at repair. Possibly a bad switch. What perplexed him was the headrest was not moving, in addition to the foot not moving. He replaced the motor and yay!!!! It works. This was not his fault. Within 30 minutes of him leaving the headrest - the USB worked, but the foot stopped reclining.
He came over again so graciously.
The (positioning of the) motor just needed to be manipulated, (tighten screws/loosen screws, etc), in a certain way. That's why he's a master. It just needed to be manipulated in such a way that it worked perfectly. Now I can have my husband spend the night on the recliner. Lol.
He is definitely on my Christmas Dinner list
