Fibrenew repaired the scratches made on our green leather chair. They did not try to rush through the repair and in fact took the time necessary to meticulously match the color of the repair to the leather. Needless to say, we were and are very happy with the work they performed.

Leather couch and chair had been left in a bay window for years without any conditioning/moisturizer to prevent cracking. The furniture had turned into a big piece of dry leather hide. Fibrenew picked up the furniture and refurbished both pieces. They now look and feel great! I highly recommend them and the customer service was excellent!

Travis and Joy did a terrific job! We really threw them a curve ball on a custom piece. Despite the unexpected challenges, they persevered and conquered the 16' curved builtin nook seat back.
It was refreshing to have someone communicate (ie answering calls, texts etc) and do what they said they would do, in a timely manner. They said they would have it a week, it only took 5 days for the job to be completed!
I felt they charged me a very fair price for tackling this monster.

We had a large tear in a booth seat at our restaurant. We looked up Vinyl repair and Fibrenew popped up. We called and Travis answered immediately. He said he would come Monday to repair the seat. He showed up on time, did not disrupt our lunch service, was very quiet and friendly. He repaired the booth and a bar stool and now we can't even tell where is was tore. Thank you Travis! We now know who our vinyl guy is.
