“Chase with Fibrenew did a wonderful job on our leather couch repair! One of the headrests had started to discolor after only a few months of use. Chase was able to remove the oil damage and restore the spot to its original factory look. I was very impressed with his color matching skills, customer service, professionalism, communication, etc. He was very clear on what the fix would entail and communicated the process to us weeks before he came out to fix it. He was also very good at communicating his timeline for the day so we knew when to expect him at our home. This may be a little thing for some people, but it meant a lot to me that he took his shoes off when he entered our house and that he put down a drop cloth on the floor near where he was working on the couch. He also looked at a stain on one of our leather car seats while he was here and ended up fixing that, as well. Overall, very impressed and would certainly call on Chase again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work from a trustworthy company.”
