“Joe was so pleasant to work with both on the phone & in person! My son took a fork to our relatively new kitchen bar stool & Joe came out to my house in the next couple of days to take a closer look after sending him some pictures. Not only did he make my chair look basically brand new again, he tried to do it on the house! He did not want to charge me until he knew what the results would look like in 24 hours, but I assured him he would not leave that day without payment. He then worked out a payment plan that if he had to do the second technique, the first payment would go towards that! That is some customer service if you ask me.
