“Joe was so pleasant to work with both on the phone & in person! My son took a fork to our relatively new kitchen bar stool & Joe came out to my house in the next couple of days to take a closer look after sending him some pictures. Not only did he make my chair look basically brand new again, he tried to do it on the house!
