“I had a great experience with George from Fibrenew-Etobicoke. He called me to let me know he would be at my place a little later than our scheduled appointment which was nice. When he arrived, he diagnosed the issue with my Valencia Valentina electronic 3 seat recliner sofa. He disconnected the one seat (left) from the other two seats, flipped it over and removed the felt underneath the arm because the front little black foot was recessed inward because the wood was cracked. He banged out the wood to put it back in alignment and then reinforced it with 2-3 pieces of his own wood and it's much stronger now than it was out of the factory. He was very clean, always kept vacuuming after he would cut a piece of wood. George did a fantastic job; he really takes pride in his work, you can tell. Thanks George you're awesome!!!”
