I contacted Fibrenew via email to inquire a put having some vinyl pieces fixed for our business. They were so extremely helpful. They emailed us back and gave us directions on how to fix it ourselves and then said we could still contact them of we would rather have them fix it. I greatly appreciated how generous and helpful the information was that I received. Will definitely use this company in the future.

Had a burn mark on our linoleum floor due to a whoops with a space heater. Don booked us right in and Terry did an amazing job repairing the damage.
Will use them again in the spring to do an armrest repair on my car as I was very impressed with the service and quality of work.

I am a repeat customer. 3 years ago I had 3 seats of my my leather sectional dyed as a result of wear and tear. Flash forward 3 years later I have wear and tear on another seat of my sectional. Sue who was the same consultant who did the work 3 years ago and completed the work again today. My seats from 3 years ago are still perfect and she did an excellent job on my corner seat. Sue from Fibrenew provided excellent customer service and even touched up some other sections of my sofa at no extra charge. She was knowledgeable about care and protection for my leather sofa. From Lis, I have been worrying about the scratches and punctures from my kitten in my leather seat cushion for awhile - I had no idea how to deal with them. I called Don at Fibrenew and he arranged for my cushion to be picked up from my home and within 2 hours it was delivered back to me. All I could say is wow...great work, looks like new! 2022 Update:
Sue just finished a stellar job repairing fairly significant leather damage in another of my cars.
I was shocked that my chair could look so incredible again. My cats had done a real number on the leather, but it looks brand new again! I'm thrilled with the result.
Terry repaired our couch and did a outstanding job we are very pleased indeed.
Bruce came out to fix my Paliser Leather Sectional that had a broken piece of wood under the seat. He did an excellent job at not only fixing the issue but explaining the logistics of the problem and how there seemed to be a design flaw. I was so happy with the end result and highly reccomend this co. to fix any problem you may have with a piece of furniture.
We recently had Bruce from Fibrenew over to repair our sagging leather sofa, every part of the job from the initial contact to completion was perfect, we are very happy and wouldn’t hesitate calling again for any future repairs.

I was very impressed by the work done by Bruce today. We had a sofa with recliners at each end and the cushioning had slipped backward and created a cavity in the seating area. These area are well used! Bruce did a great job taking apart the recliner, repositioning the current foam and adding an additional 2" of foam to the cushion and some other stuffing to the back. Well worth the price. Thanks so much.
My transaction was great. Repair made my car seat look like new and besides that, Terry was a great representative of the company.
Had a star shape rip in my boat subpad. Don was very responsive and did a great job on the spot. Definitely recommend. Don’t try and fix these things on your own. Leave it to the pros.
We've had Fibrenew out twice, once for a slice in the leather on our car seat and most recently repairs to our sectional from cat and dog scratches. You can't find the repair on the car seat - it's perfect. I wasn't too hopeful on the sectional but Terry did a fantastic job. He's a pleasure to have and I highly recommend Fibrenew for any type of leather repairs.

Terry did a fantastic restoration job on both our boat's vinyl tears and dashboard cracks. With the perfect color matching as well, we can't even see the prior affected areas. Looks brand new!
I tossed an Ice scraper in the my Jeep and the corner pierced the leather seat. To make it worse it was one of those heat/cool seats that was perforated. I took some pictures and requested a quote on Saturday. The following Monday I received a call and within an hour, Sue was at my house and repairing the seat. Great job considering the damage I inflicted. Now to see if it will last seeing its perforated!
Great work on a cracked and creased leather seat in my car. For about 1/4 the cost of recovering, it looks as good as any 20-year-old leather seat has any right to look, and better than it has in many years. Thanks!

We had Sue come out and fix up our Cotswood leather couch. The couch was very expensive but had been scratched up and wrecked by the kids. I was going to just throw it out, but Cotswood recommended Fibre New. My couch literally looks brand new. I had every surface of the couch, front and back done, and the ottoman for around $900. Had a puncture in my seat repaired. This company was flexible with their scheduling as I had to cancel my appointment with them more than once due to car issues. Impressed with how fast the service was and how I could not even tell there was a hole in my seat. Would recommend to friends.

I hav e a vehicle bra got hit buy a small rock and slightly split the vinyl. filed a repair request form sent a couple of pictures to see if it could be repaired . they sent me a response saying yes for a reasonable price . Talked to don set a date. on the day terry showed up 5 mins early very professional, he explain Exactly what he was going to do , I asked him a couple of questions about what the finished result , and it was exactly what he said would be . told me how to take care of it and if there was any problems with the work down the road they would be glad to come down a fix it . so if you need to have any work done call on fibrenew and be very satisfied of there work .
I had some bad scratches on my leather in the divers seat of my car. Don and Sue came out and were very pleasant and did a wonderful repair job on the seat. Most happy would use them again in a minute.
I had some bad hail damage on my house and garden shed. Holes punched into the panel and some long cracks. Don Barnhouse and his crew came and removed the damaged panels and took them into the city to repair them. They returned the next day and reinstalled the panels. I honestly could not tell where the repairs were. The colour and texture were perfect. Very happy with the service. Friendly, professional and speedy. I highly recommend their service. Thanks.

Terry came out today to repair cat scratches to our leather love seat & chair. He did an amazing job! You can't tell they were ever scratched. I'm not expecting any issues, I know this is a highly professional company that in the past repaired a stain to the vinyl siding on our home. That too was a very positive experience and you can't see the stain anymore. A big shout out to Terry for today's job and a big shout out to Don for the prior job! I would highly recommend them!

I damaged my white leather couch moving, and I stumbled upon these guys through a quick google search. They were highly recommended in the industry, and apparently their prices were very fair. I told the salesmen my predicament, and they sent out a repair-tech the following week. He finished the job quickly. professionally and with great skill. The only issue I had was that their price was 20% more then their quote. Other then that, no complaints! I would recommend to my friends.

Hi Don, I want to let you know what an amazing job you did fixing the damage to our siding. As you know I had sprayed a product on my siding as I had wasps flying under the siding. This spray damaged my siding, leaving a very large stain. We contacted our insurance company and were told they would only be able to repair the damaged side. We had a siding company attend the house, but they were not able to match the siding color so our only alternative was to chose an entire different color of siding. We were not happy with the idea of two different colors of siding on our house. As time went by our adjuster heard of your firm - Fibrenew. You came out and after looking at the damage and applying a few chemicals, you assured us that you could repair the damage. Fibrenew were very professional, arriving at the specified time, removing the damaged siding, taking it back to their shop and repairing it. You then came out and reinstalled our siding. We were so impressed with the fabulous job you did. You can't even tell it was damaged. I want to thank you for your courteous and caring service. Don: Thanks for the great job repairing the hole in our vinyl siding and removing the stains. Frankly, we are at a loss as to how you do it. We look where we think the hole was and, for the life of us, we can't see any trace of it. You apparently even reproduced the grain in the siding. No other way to describe it, you're a magician. Last Thursday Terry came to fix the cat scratches on my couch. I wasn't home, but my dad was home and was amazed at what an intricate process it is. My dad mentioned to me how diligent the tech was with mixing things and matching colors and how he took his time to make sure he was doing his best work possible. I came home later that night and my couches looked like brand new!!! You can't even tell where all the scratches had been - nobody will ever know! My couches had looked so ragged before and once he was finished with them they look AMAZING.
