“Al came to our rural home to assess the restoration of our two leather couches.
He gave us a very informative dissertation on leather and the type we had. He was very knowledgeable and honest.
He could have done work on our couch, and we would have paid, but he informed us it would only last a short time due to the type of finish we have, so best to leave it as-is and enjoy the furniture’s aged character - he truthfully told us that and told us to keep our money!
He could have been unscrupulous and done a quick touch-up and told untruths and sold us services, but he did not.
A big shout-out to Mr. Al for his straight talk, honesty, and kindness.
