“Our service representative Harold, was on time and very informative as to our particular repair.
The seat cushion had a puncture hole and developing tear about the size of a nickel.
Due to the fact that the material was very thin Harold did not feel anything he could do would correct it permanently.
We discussed further and he said he could attempt a patch ( but again he didn't think it would hold for too long.) so we told him to go ahead. Once completed we all agreed it would not last.
Although we didn't actually see a repair that would work, per se, Harold was extremely knowledgeable and would not take a fee for his visit. We tipped him for his time and knowledge.
