“I had torn vinyl on the sides of the driver's seat in my car. Thomas came out and gave me a quote with two options - to either replace the vinyl or repair it. Both options were well-explained and pricing seemed reasonable.
I decided to have him replace the bad section of vinyl - which involved him and removing the entire seat cover and taking it back to his workshop. (I had to drive around sitting on the foam cushion for two days.) As promised, two days later he delivered the repaired seat cover and got it installed in under an hour (he had to uninstall the entire seat from the car to be able to work on it.)
He did all the work in the parking lot of my office. I never had to go anywhere.
The replaced section looks perfect - no way to tell there was ever a problem. I should have called him to get this fixed years ago. It was so easy and inexpensive compared to replacement OEM parts. There were no surprises - I paid him exactly what he quoted me after he was completely done. He showed up on time for both visits and was friendly. I would highly recommend.”
