We’re Shauna and Casey Reddick, the husband-and-wife team behind Fibrenew DFW.

Shauna taught art for 6 years and spent over a decade in high-level customer service roles – most recently managing client relationships and concierge-level support for large corporations. That means she’s the one who answers the phone with a smile, listens carefully to what you need, walks you through the repair process step-by-step, and makes sure you feel taken care of from the first text or call until the job is done. Her blend of artistic color-matching skill and genuine care for people is why so many of our customers say working with us “just feels different.”

Casey spent the last 18 years in private aviation, crafting and customizing interiors on some of the world’s most exclusive business jets. He’s the guy who knows every grade of leather, every type of vinyl, and every trick for making repairs completely invisible. The same exacting standards he once applied to multi-million-dollar aircraft are now focused on your car seats, boat upholstery, favorite leather sofa, or restaurant furniture.

Together we left the corporate world to build something that combines Shauna’s creativity and customer-first heart with Casey’s technical mastery – and Fibrenew was the perfect way to do it. We get to work side-by-side, save our neighbors thousands of dollars, and keep perfectly good items out of landfills, all while delivering the kind of white-glove service people rarely experience anymore.

When we’re not bringing faded, torn, or stained items back to life, you’ll find us courtside cheering for our son at basketball games, in the audience listening to our daughter play violin, or outside together – hiking, biking, fishing, or just enjoying God’s creation. Faith and family are at the center of everything we do, and we feel blessed to serve this community we love so much.
