I am ecstatic with the service and attention to detail that I received from Ray and his team. I had two aniline leather seat cushions for club chairs that were well-worn after twenty years. Ray and Drew from Fibrenew provided outstanding service. The leather/vinyl portion of one of our cars developed a a couple of small tears, as we have an insurance policy from a third party to repair the seat, we had to go through them to get the claim approved. Ray had to contact them multiple times to provide all the information they wanted. The request for info seemed to grow after each phone call he made. Nonetheless, he was prompt in dealing with them and incredibly responsive with us keeping us updated on the status. Drew did the seat cover replacement and did a great job. He was punctual, friendly and really went above and beyond to do great work. It's not often I've said this, but for the amount of work that they put in the price should have been higher . Thank you both for providing wonderful service and for working with the third party insurance co to get the claim approved!
GREAT JOB!!! The repair person arrived on time. Our sofa had approximately a 6 inch area on the headrest that the color wore off. I cannot believe how good it looks. The color match is perfect and seamless. I wish I could have given them 10 stars. ï¸ï¸ï¸ï¸ï¸ï¸ï¸ï¸ï¸ï¸ so I did.

Ray went above and beyond to create the perfect match for the cushion of my leather wing chair that had been worn and subsequently chewed off by my new puppy. He also put in new backing to the cushion and refurbished the entire chair. Excellent craftsmanship!
I needed my boat seats recovered, Ray came to my house. Look at the seats showed me some samples, the seats were two tone, we agreed on the material. Ray came back to verify color and estimate . I used Ray and Drew from Fibrenew in New Orleans for a few jobs to refinish and reupholster some leather booths and chairs at Houston's. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. The work they did was phenomenal and the communication throughout the project was spot on. The price is fair and work is quality.
We were amazed at the quality of the work provided by Ray and Drew. They not only cleaned and conditioned our sofa to make it look brand new, but they also repaired scratches from our dog in several areas.....one area was especially bad and we had very little hope that this spot could be fixed. It was a pleasure to work with FibRenew. I sent them a picture of the furniture we needed cleaned, and they called the same day to inspect the furniture in person to give a quote. I had a quote by the end of the day and an appointment booked within the next few business days. They put a lot of work into our old, dingy sofa, and they nicely cleaned and polished our newer pieces. Overall, we are extremely happy with the results as well as the customer service.
I reached out to Ray because I had a tear in the leather on my front seat armrest console. We handled most everything via phone, texting, & email. Once the leather he ordered to replace my torn leather arrived he gave me a call and we set up a time for him to come out to the house to see it. They removed my armrest lids, took them back to the shop, reupholstered them, and came back the next day to reinstall them. The work looks terrific, and Ray was a delight to work with. I highly recommend Fibrenew & Ray.

He called before the appointment, and actually arrived early. He evaluated the stain damage, and informed me of the steps he would take to do the repair.
He completed the repair in record time, and went above and beyond by cleaning the stain, the surrounding area on the seat.
He then treated the whole area with leather conditioner.

Following my initial consultation with Fibrenew, I knew I didn't have to look any further and I wouldn't have to purchase a new sofa. Ray and Derek cleaned, conditioned and repaired my sofa to look new. I mean new, like it did 17 years ago. I was amazed and excited with the finished product. I bought a new set of furniture to replace my damaged set. Then I read about fibernew on Facebook. I talked to my wife and we decided to try them out. The old set was a cream color almost white and my wife had cleaned it with Clorox cleanup. When she put the red throw pillows on the set it turned the set pink on the seat and backrest. We tried everything to get the stain out and that failed. Fibernew was called and they couldn't get the stain out. They clean the set and repaired a small hole and re colored the three piece set. It looks awesome! Like brand new! The cost was one fifth of my new set. I highly recommend Fibernew before you spend money on a new set of furniture. My wife is replacing the new set with our old set as I'm texting. Thank you for doing a great job and I'm looking forward to you guys helping me with my boat seats.
