“I reached out to Ray because I had a tear in the leather on my front seat armrest console. We handled most everything via phone, texting, & email. Once the leather he ordered to replace my torn leather arrived he gave me a call and we set up a time for him to come out to the house to see it. They removed my armrest lids, took them back to the shop, reupholstered them, and came back the next day to reinstall them. The work looks terrific, and Ray was a delight to work with.
