“Ray and Drew from Fibrenew provided outstanding service. The leather/vinyl portion of one of our cars developed a a couple of small tears, as we have an insurance policy from a third party to repair the seat, we had to go through them to get the claim approved. Ray had to contact them multiple times to provide all the information they wanted. The request for info seemed to grow after each phone call he made. Nonetheless, he was prompt in dealing with them and incredibly responsive with us keeping us updated on the status. Drew did the seat cover replacement and did a great job. He was punctual, friendly and really went above and beyond to do great work. It's not often I've said this, but for the amount of work that they put in the price should have been higher . Thank you both for providing wonderful service and for working with the third party insurance co to get the claim approved!”
