Our 20 year old Ekornes Stressless recliner with leather upholstery was looking tired, some stains and cracked leather on the foot rest. A new chair was out of the question so we engaged Fibrenew to see if we could get it looking good again. Process took a few weeks to complete due to the cold weather but it was well worth the wait! We had the color changed from vanilla to a warm gray and it looks like a brand new chair. Stains are gone and the areas of surface wear are invisible. So for a fraction of the price of a new chair we have brand new looking one. Service was great, good communication through the process and our expectations exceeded!
