“FIBRENEW CALGARY SOUTH was initially contacted to investigate if repairs could be made to rectify a tear that had erupted on the highly-visible, Upper | Head Support area of an expensive Leather Recliner. The American Manufacturer, HANCOCK & MOORE, had discontinued the Leather they originally used, and the local Calgary-based Dealer was no longer in business. Chad first examined the damage, “On Site”, predicted that this was indeed repairable, provided a Cost Quotation, and with the help of his Assistant, Taylor, carefully removed the entire section. As promised, he then returned a week or so later, with that Piece totally recovered, and re-installed it. Amazingly, FIBRENEW was able to match the Light Grey-colored Leather so closely, that the section which was replaced cannot be easily differentiated from the remainder of that particular Chair, as well as the other matching Furniture placed nearby. Also on that second ‘visit’, Chad was able to address a number of Cat Scratches made on those same other Pieces, miraculously making those marks virtually disappear. In all instances, the Cost Quotations as given, were always honored. FIBRENEW is strongly recommended to anyone seeking professional Leather Repairs.”
