I had some small scratches on one of my leather cushions made by my cat. Your technician came over (on time I might add) and did not only do the one cushion but saw another scratch on my other cushion and also fixed it without charge.
Also, my mom was the only one home at the time and so was nervous being alone in my small apartment with a stranger. However, Chad was kind, very nice and engaged my mom in conversation right from the beginning so she would feel more at ease.
