“Quality and Integrity! I don’t normally write reviews but John Kelley’s work on the leather seat of my Acura RSX compelled me to do so. I had a broken seam on my passenger seat cushion and contacted John to see if it was a repair he could make. He promptly responded with a quote and scheduled an appointment for me. He initially tried to restitch the seam by hand. However as it became apparent that the leather was too stiff for this method he was honest in letting me know. I thought I was out of luck but he then explained that the proper method would be to remove the seat cover and restitch by machine. He removed the seat and estimated that he could have it repaired by the end of the week. To my surprise he called the very next day to let me know that the repair was made and he came right to my home to reinstall it in my car. The seat looked great and although a superior method was used for the repair John honored his initial cost estimate. Thanks!”
