“Fibrenew did an outstanding job giving new life to our leather couch, chair, & ottoman. Had an issue with our leather in certain “heavy traffic†areas that had worn out from small kids and our pup over the last 9 years. After trying some at-home leather repair kits, those eventually failed and after much calling around to companies that couldn't/wouldn't touch the job I was eventually referred to Dan (owner) and Fibrenew Bluff City.
After sending him photos of the wear and damage, we mutually agreed that leather replacement was the best option. He personally came out to take measurements and showed me a myriad of leather samples from which to choose . It took a few weeks after ordering for the leather to arrive at his shop, at which point he promptly came back out to remove the portions/pieces that needed fixing. He sewed on the new panels at his shop and came a final time to install the panels at my home.
The final product is nothing short of beautiful and I can't thank him and his team enough for the 5.0 experience and a job well-done! He gave us a new lease on life with our family room furniture for a fraction of the cost of a new set. He's honest, hard-working, and a really nice guy.
