From the very beginning of finding Fibrenew on line and contacting Jay, we were impressed with his professionalism and approach in taking care of our needs and being so flexible with our schedule. Jay made multiple trips to my home to restore an aniline leather chair with body oil stains without charging additional travel time. He also left some leather protection cream with me to apply after the dye dried so I wouldn't have to schedule a third visit. We consulted several times during the process to make sure the final result was what I was looking for. This expensive chair looks great now and I had been considering putting it out at the curb before discovering Fibrenew.
