I recently had the pleasure of working with Jay Jackson of Fibrenew Winston Salem to replace and restore the driver-side leather seat in my Mercedes. Mr. Jackson made multiple trips to both my home and workplace to complete the repair, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and dedication throughout the process.
He took the time to explain the various repair options available and kept me informed at every stage to ensure the final result met my expectations. The quality of his work exceeded what I anticipated, and the attention to detail was truly impressive.

Jay literally made a 3 inch slit on the arm of a leather chair disappear. He patched, sealed, and worked carefully to achieve the original color and texture of the leather. We're so relieved and pleased.

Our dog had torn a hole in our leather car seat. Jay Jackson came and repaired it today. He did an incredible job. You cannot tell where the hole was. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process of repair. I highly recommend him for any leather repair work.
We had an appointment with Mr. Jackson at 10:00 am. He arrived promptly and after a few minutes, he had all of his equipment set up and was ready to work. We had purchased two secondhand Barcalounger recliners that had some cracks in the leather on the arms, and the leather was torn on the handle. In addition there was some discoloration in places. “Jay†worked at a quick pace and was very kind to explain the mechanics of what he was doing, and to be meticulous in color-matching the leather. When he finished, the chairs looked amazing! All the blemishes were gone! Not only is his workmanship an A+, he is very personable, knowledgeable, and patient. You can tell he takes great pride in what he does and in customer satisfaction. We couldn't be more pleased with the final result! We feel as though we got an amazing value for the hard work he put in! Thank you Jay!

Jay made multiple trips to my home to restore an aniline leather chair with body oil stains without charging additional travel time. He also left some leather protection cream with me to apply after the dye dried so I wouldn't have to schedule a third visit. We consulted several times during the process to make sure the final result was what I was looking for. This expensive chair looks great now and I had been considering putting it out at the curb before discovering Fibrenew.
