“We had an appointment with Mr. Jackson at 10:00 am. He arrived promptly and after a few minutes, he had all of his equipment set up and was ready to work. We had purchased two secondhand Barcalounger recliners that had some cracks in the leather on the arms, and the leather was torn on the handle. In addition there was some discoloration in places. “Jay†worked at a quick pace and was very kind to explain the mechanics of what he was doing, and to be meticulous in color-matching the leather.
