I called last week explain that I had just bought a 1986 Cadillac in excellent shape, and that the only damage in the cabin was a tear in the vinyl covering of the drivers door arm rest. I was concerned in finding a fix to at least limit the tear from spreading, and if possible, fix the tear.
You were able to have Simon call me the next day, and we agreed to meet this morning, less than a week later, and in my area.
Simon explained what he could do to get to, or get close to, in satisfying my needs. I went for a coffee, and less than 1 hour later her was finished.
I was impressed , very satisfied ( and he was also) with what he accomplished, exceeding my expectations, especially with dye involved on beige 35 year old vinyl, resulting with a uniform, smooth and colour match continuation from one side of the tear to the other . No trace of the tear!
I am sure that if someone didn't know that there was some damage on the armrest, they wouldn't notice any trace of a repair. I really appreciate the extra mile giving the whole panel a good cleaning up the whole panel. A pleasant person to deal with.
