My leather couches were looking faded and worn. Kyle came out, cleaned and conditioned them and they look like new! Originally, based on pictures alone, he thought he would have to do much more work. He was honest and straight forward and ended up charging me half of the original estimate. He was wonderful and I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again!

Kyle's work is amazing. I had two cars done by Kyle; a 2008 Jaguar XKR and 2005 Lexus. Both cars needed leather repair. The repair was perfect and price reasonable. Worth the money.
Kyle did a great job on my leather car seat. It had a large tear and cracked leather from sun damage. He came to my house on a weekend and was done in an hour. Great service overall.
We hired Kyle to repair two issues with leather on the couch and loveseat in our living room. There was a seam tear - not a clean one- and one of the seat cushions was damaged. The repair job is remarkably fabulous! It turns out he is also knowledgeable about mechanics with respect to recliners. We had three of four seats in a sectional recliner sofa in our family room not working. Two would not open and one would not close. He replaced the cables and got all three working. Kyle restored the the color of our leather couch that had faded in color in certain areas. We are so happy the results! He matched the color perfectly! I would highly recommend Fibrenew and Kyle to anyone looking to restore the color of their leather furniture.
I almost lost hope for my couch when my roommates dogs ripped a hole down the center of an attached back cushion. By attached I mean all the way around. I called around and had people telling me they cant fix it. I didnt pay a lot for it so I didnt want to spend money to buy a mew couch or reupholster it. Thankfully Kyle said he could fix it! He came to my house to look at it and decided to take the couch home to fix and have his wife help sew it. He gave me a quote and receipt and brought it back before the week was over. It met way better standards than I expected for the type of hole that needed to be sewn shut. I had planned to keep a throw over it permanently.. but my couch is so great and was such a good deal I wanted to keep it despite my ugly expectations. He went above and beyond to patch it so it is barely noticeable! He was so kind and communicative, a family man who is willing to work with you and knows what he is doing! Hopefully I never have a hole in my couch again, but if I did I would return to Kyle!
Kyle gave us an honest quote for repair of our leather couch set. There were multiple tears in the leather, exposing the cushion underneath. Kyle advised us that while he could help us get it repaired, it would be costly because of the labor & materials involved. We're strapped for cash right now, so we're grateful for Kyle's advice so we could make the best decision.
Kyle did an excellent job of repairing a defective sofa I recently purchased. The sofa had a manufacturing defect which required ripping a stitched seam, removing a piece of foreign debris under the leather, and re-stitching the panel back together. Kyle was on time, very professional, and above all did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Kyle and Fibrenew for anyone who needs their leather furniture repaired.
Kyle recently repaired a leather recliner that is part of a sectional. The chair/sectional is 11 years old and my husband's chair was well worn including a two inch slit, fading, scratches, and collapsed seat padding. I had my doubts it was fixable due to its age and the damage. Kyle quoted us a fair price and delivery for the job. He brought back the chair earlier than promised and it looks and feels brand new! I hired Kyle and Fibrenew to make some significant repairs on my leather sofa, love seat and chair. Kyle was able to match the leather perfectly and I can hardly tell where the repairs were made. We hired this company to spruce up our recently purchased used truck. They came out same day and repaired the steering wheel as well as some wear and tear on the leather seats. Great job, wish we knew about them for our previous cars!!
I've never had anything reupholstered before and was looking for someone to reupholster a boat seat for an x-mas gift for my husband and I thought it was going to be hard, but it wasn't due to Rick from Fibrenew! He was very nice and great! Without my husband knowing he came to the house looked at the seat, took the seat off, reupholstered it and put it back in less than 24 hours. I thought I would have to be the one to take the seat off and everything, but I didn't have to do anything. Also the price I was charged was very reasonable. If I need anything reupholstered, I will def. go to them again. Highly highly recommended!
