“I almost lost hope for my couch when my roommates dogs ripped a hole down the center of an attached back cushion. By attached I mean all the way around. I called around and had people telling me they cant fix it. I didnt pay a lot for it so I didnt want to spend money to buy a mew couch or reupholster it. Thankfully Kyle said he could fix it! He came to my house to look at it and decided to take the couch home to fix and have his wife help sew it. He gave me a quote and receipt and brought it back before the week was over. It met way better standards than I expected for the type of hole that needed to be sewn shut. I had planned to keep a throw over it permanently.. but my couch is so great and was such a good deal I wanted to keep it despite my ugly expectations. He went above and beyond to patch it so it is barely noticeable! He was so kind and communicative, a family man who is willing to work with you and knows what he is doing! Hopefully I never have a hole in my couch again, but if I did I would return to Kyle!”
