“I am so glad I had McKenna and Trevor from Fibrenew come clean and re-top coat my PURPLE leather couch!
They tested the leather, showed me what options I had to choose from and explained what I needed to know to make the best decision for my couch and my budget. They were able to do the work right then and there!
Once I decided which option, they cleaned my couch with incredible attention and loving care. This is where I realized I made the right choice not doing this myself. As they cleaned, we realized there were a few spots where the original topcoat was not protecting the leather anymore and a few teeny tiny white spots showed up. They were able to match the color and BAM no spots and all the abrasions were also no longer there! See pictures!
They educated me on how to care and feed my couch and now I feel so much better about owning this incredible thrift store find.
I would have damaged it beyond fixing had I tried to clean and condition it myself. And yes there would have been sharpies involved which would NOT have turned out so good!
