I like to thank Brian for coming to my home and repairing a hole and discoloration on my Corvette seat bolster it looks New
Brian did a GREAT job breathing new life into our loveseat!. He really worked at getting the color right. Parts were cracked, some was dirt (I thought it was discolored) parts were the leather deteriorating. He knew just what to do and it looks great. No longer embarrassed by it.
We had damage (gouges) on the floor of our Oliver travel Trailer. We contacted Brian Enck at Fibrenew. Brian repaired our floor. It's rare these days to find an honest business owner who is willing to lose a little bit of money but truly put the customer first. We had Brian come out and look at repairing the vinyl on our van driver's seat. He did a thorough inspection before starting his repair and called me out to talk about some things. Turns out what we were looking at was cosmetic and the big problem was on the other side of the seat that would have caused us to have to replace the seat. With his honesty, he walked me through steps to get a replacement cover that will last a lot longer then what is there. I compensated him for his time and advice and thanked him for shooting me straight. Said if I get into the weeds trying to figure out the repair myself that he would come back out and take the amount I already gave him off the total at the end.
Because Brian was honest with his professional opinion, he will be my first call and recommendations to friends for all things upholstery. Thanks Brian!
A piece of painters tape took off the color on a new leather chair from Pottery Barn. I made the matter worse by adding baby oil to the aniline leather. After calling Brian at Fibrenew, he came came out immediately to take a look and provide a quote. I am so happy with the results. He saved my new leather chair. It literally looks like new. Brian did a great job repairing my couch. I love my couch and thought I'd have to live with it looking worn out or replace it but after a couple of hours Brian brought it back to almost new.
Very satisfied with repair on the door side panel of my classic Corvette. As you can see by the photo there was a good size rio, and it is non-detectible after the repair. Brian was a pleasure to do business with. Could not be more satisfied.
I had a 2 1/2 year old tan sofa that cleaner removed dye from an arm revealing a darker leather underneath. Brian used his computer generated color formula “recipie”, and tweaked it as needed, to ultimately achieve a color match that was outstanding and one that I did not think would be possible. After affixing the top coat it is impossible to discern that there was ever any damage. I was extremely pleased with the patient and professional approach Brian took to get the color match and finish perfect. My career was spent as a VP of customer care for a large insurance company. I can tell you that my interaction with Brian, his professionalism, and the service he provided were outstanding and rated a 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend him for leather color wear repair that you may need.
I had leather furniture that needed repair (stains, cracks and wear). Brian came out for an estimate, which was itemized so I could pick and choose the repair and cleaning services I wanted him to do on each piece of furniture. The scheduling process was easy and he spent 7 hours restoring 2 leather sofas and cleaning/sealing a leather sofa and loveseat. He also included a cleaning kit, so I can hopefully maintain the hard work he put into restoring the furniture to our continued enjoyment. Thank you, Brian!

My 1989 Leather furniture was once so beautiful but over the years it had seen it days. I contacted Brian after a overview and some good work my beloved furniture was brought back to its glory. I could not believe how wonderful my couch and chair looked. Brain did a great cleaning job and replacing the seat cushion, but his amazing work came when he repaired my armrest on my chair. it was very badly worn after Brian did his magic I was so amazed and very happy with the work he had done for me. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone in need of repair or cleaning done to their furniture.
Brian was great. He restored my pieces to a well-loved finish. We have a leather sectional that was showing some wear and discoloration in certain areas. We called Brian at Fibrenew to assess if it was something that could be repaired/restored. He was extremely attentive to our situation. After sending some photos to Brian, he came to our house for a physical inspection. It turned out to be something that was definately their expertise. The process went smoothly and promptly from there. We approved the quote for the work and Brian came out in a timely fashion. We are very happy with the results. I had tried a competitor originally for my repairs which did not turn out well at all. I found Brian with Fibrenew and very pleased with his work. He had to remove the previous work done, repaired 2 areas and removed mold in vinyl that nothing would remove. Excellent job and highly recommend.
