“It's rare these days to find an honest business owner who is willing to lose a little bit of money but truly put the customer first. We had Brian come out and look at repairing the vinyl on our van driver's seat. He did a thorough inspection before starting his repair and called me out to talk about some things. Turns out what we were looking at was cosmetic and the big problem was on the other side of the seat that would have caused us to have to replace the seat. With his honesty, he walked me through steps to get a replacement cover that will last a lot longer then what is there. I compensated him for his time and advice and thanked him for shooting me straight. Said if I get into the weeds trying to figure out the repair myself that he would come back out and take the amount I already gave him off the total at the end.
