Cyndi with Fibrenew of St. Augustine did a fantastic job repairing a vinyl seat for my skiff. She showed up on time and repaired several small tears. She color-matched the repairs and I would dare anyone to find the repaired areas. She saved me about $300 if I had opted to get a new seat. I highly recommend her. She knows what she is doing.

My dogs did a number on my Mercedes SL seats, Cyndi with Fibrenew was able to make them look great again. I couldn't even spot the large area of damage that I had on passenger seat and my worn out bolster on driver seat was brought back to nearly brand new again. She even matched the color of leather perfectly. Cyndi made my leather couch look like new! There was a stubborn stain caused by dye transfer from a black leather belt rubbing against the back of the seat. I had tried everything to get rid of it. Cyndi got it out with a combination of knowledge about the best cleaner, the right tools, and a lot of elbow grease. It was impressive! In addition, she was completely professional: it was easy to make an appointment, she kept me informed about her arrival time, and got down to business. I highly recommend her services.

Ms. Douglass repaired torn and worn leather areas of two old, (but our favorite), La-Z-Boy rocker recliners. She did a fantastic job. I had tried to repair a tear in my leather car seat by myself, with a kit I found on Amazon, but I didn't match the color very well and the repair only lasted about six months before it split open again. So it was time to find a professional and very happy to have found Cyndi Douglass with Fibrenew. She was very responsive, responding quickly to my email I sent with a photo of the tear. She provided a price range that I thought was fair reasonable, especially for a come to your home service. An appointment was made, she arrived on time and worked on my car for about an hour and forty minutes. The final cost was right in the middle of the price range she had quoted. I thought she did a great job at matching up the color and eliminating the tear in my 10-year-old car seat. I'm a satisfied customer and would use her services again without hesitation.

I was given Cyndi's name by another upholstery company that could not do what I was asking. She has come twice to my home to fix some stitching on a sofa and to clean and condition some leather chairs. I can't say enough good things about her! She is professional and pleasant and most importantly, does a great job. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends!

Cyndi had our dinette side arm rest in our motorhome repaired. There was a large gash in the panel. I removed the arm rest and Cyndi did the rest. The material used was an exact match to what was damaged. She was professional and always kept me informed.

Cyndi did an amazing job. We had buzzards get on our boat and eat holes in our seats. Cyndi was able to repair the holes. She was extremely professional and did an awesome job! See photos, the repair is slightly raised because she had to add stuffing but it'll settle down once we start sitting on it. Highly recommend!
