Terry came to our house today to repair a broken support on our leather couch. He did a great job and arrived as expected. Thanks we will be using him again if any other repairs are needed on other furniture.
Terry came out when he said he would and he made a bad situation look great! If we ever have an issue that needs repair, I will always call Terry at Fibrenew of St. Charles.

He responded immediately with a quote and a schedule for the repair.

Amazing result! We have a leather sofa that was is good condition except for the seating area at one end. The leather seemed to have small cracks and with loss of color throughout that side. This was normal wear as that was the area most used when TV watching. After Terry's treatment it looks brand new. No hyperbole.

Terry did a wonderful job recoloring our reclining couch. It was originally a light brown color, and had a bit of discoloration and wear and tear. Terry was able to darken it to a rich espresso color, and it looks amazing. The price was also very reasonable.
Amazing and very friendly business! I highly recommend. Terry was very kind and even fixed a little dent inside my back door for me for no cost. They did an incredible job on repairing my leather seat inside my car and matched it to the same color (red)! Definitely will be doing business with them again!

I returned to Fibrenew after 2 years (having received excellent service in the past) because my 3 cats had again done some damage to my beloved 12 year old leather couch. Terry and Matt were thorough, conscientious and paid great attention to detail repairing my scratched cushions. I am thrilled with their work and highly recommend them for their professionalism and work ethic.
WOW!!! I think that says it all! My couch and two recliners looked like they were ready for the trash, and Terry resurrected them! The leather on the 3 couch cushions had to be replaced. The rest of the couch and the two chairs were faded so much, I thought there was no hope. Terry came out and redyed the furniture right in our living room. They look like new! And there was no mess to clean up after he left. Thanks a million Terry!

I'm not one to send out notes regarding services I have paid for and received. I believe if you pay for it, your payment is usually thanks enough. But in your case I had to reconsider.
It is seldom in this world when you are promised something and it is delivered exactly as promised. I was a skeptical after contacting you regarding my two red leather couches that are 12 years old. They were in horrible condition and I knew it, but thought even a little fixing up had to be better than nothing at all. When you said they would look like new, I still thought..."anything is better than not fixing them so I let you try." I was willing to pay even if they looked somewhat nice. What a surprise I received when you showed up on my doorstep with couches in tow.
My husband and I, and family that have visited over the past few weeks are shocked at how well these two couches turned out. It is really amazing and you should be absolutely proud of yourself and your product. You said like new and you delivered. I would have spent over 5 thousand dollars buying new couches. You not only saved me money but made me very happy.
I would recommend you and your product to anyone. I got more than I paid for. Your honesty and integrity, combined with your skills make you an asset to Fibrenew. I certainly hope they realize what an outstanding employee they have in you.

Best value in restoring your leather couch; reasonable pricing and great results. Fibrenew of St Charles is run by a gentleman who believes in his product and works hard to ensure quality. We used Fibrenew to restore our 10 year old leather couch, chair, and ottoman. The results were night and day, they made the set look as good as the day we bought them. Our couch had deep creases that made it difficult, however Fibrenew came back out to ensure that everything looked good. I would highly recommend Fibrenew to bring life back into your tired furniture.

About 4 ;years ago, Matt took our old, worn leather coach and made it new again. It was a bluish grey color and upon our request, he blended brown with a little yellow and red to make the most beautiful shade of brown. He let us see refurbishing during the process to make sure we where satisfied. He's a really nice guy and very skilled at what he does. After almost 5 years, the couch looks like we just bought it and the color is gorgeous. I would highly recommend his services.
I have a 2004 Toyota Sequoia that was in great shape except for the wearing and fading of the leather seats and steering wheel. I was a little hesitant to have anything done to my seats, fearing they could get "messed up" if something didn't go right. Matt, the owner of Fibrenew, put my fears to rest. Both the steering wheel, as well as all the worn and faded seats came out looking factory new, with a perfect color match. I would recomend this service to anyone considering leather or vinyl repair.
I have a wonderful vintage chrome table & chairs. The chairs needed some serious TLC. Not only was the piping around the seating separating with fabric chord (stuffing) showing, but there were also some small tears here & there. Matt came and dismantled cushions & took them away for repair (very flexible hours according to customer convenience). He had the cushions ready for return quite fast, AND he even repaired addt'l small bits that I hadn't detected during original consultation. The chairs now look so good, someone else may think they are reproductions instead of vintage! Thank you Matt for your outstanding service & great value. Highly recommend.
I had a terrible spot on my couch and the top of my ottoman was full of scratches and places with no color. Matt did a great job of matching the color and making both look like brand new. I will definitely call him again in the future.
I wanted to send you a quick note of thanks for the job performed on the Acura.The seat looks brand new and I even noticed you removed the paint stain as well. We were basically given this car by my in-laws and while they were meticulous on the mechanical maintenance, the cosmetic up keep was to be desired so Julie and I have decided to slowly bring this car back to respectable shape it deserves.
