His web site is simple in that you take a photo of the damage and they will get back in touch with you with estimate for repair. I left my message and uploaded my photos on Saturday at 8PM. Would they make contact with me?
Philippe called me on Monday about lunch and just happened to be around my neighborhood. I met him at the house and he came in, looked at our torn couch and gave us several solutions to remedy the repair. He is a true artisan and can fix just about anything including a cracked car dash.
