“After years of having my '11 Lexus IS250 with tan bucket seats, I have wanted to get my front car seats fixed since the leather was worn from the previous owner and continuing to wear down. Prior to getting the leather repaired I purchased seat covers trying my best to cover up the sore sight to see every time I entered my car. The car seats just didn't fit right and I couldn't use my seats heat and cooling air. Also, car covers can get expensive if you're trying to get more fancy with the purchase and well,they just aren't the real deal. After doing some research I came across Fibrenew and immediately sent an email with pictures to get a quote. Bucky responded within 24 hours and continued to do so throughout our correspondence. I had to reschedule a few times and his emails appeared to be patient with me and open to rescheduled dates and times without issue. When I was finally able to confirm, he came to my house as scheduled and worked on my car. It took him a few hours and all was done. I couldn't drive my car for a couple of days, but it was worth it. The seats look great! They aren't perfect, but they look awesome compared to what they looked like before he performed leather surgery. I believe the price for repair was reasonable compared to other quotes I received and noting the fact that he comes to you.”
