I really appreciate the mobile service and that I didn't need to load my futon up and take it somewhere else for repair. Ernie does great seem repairs.

nicely redone seats, color match w/ new materials was very close, stitching pattern also close to my existing seats. Time was a few weeks longer than estimated, but I feel that the result is worth the wait.
Ernie from Fibrenew did an incredible job repairing deep chew marks on all four interior doors of my Subaru Outback. They were prompt, friendly, and even took the time to love on our dog—which meant a lot! The entire restoration was completed in just 3 hours, and the results are amazing. The doors look brand new—you'd never know there was any damage. We're beyond pleased and highly recommend them!
I had a large V shaped tear in a vehicle seat. I spoke with Ernie and he explained that due to the size and location that he could repair it but it wouldn't last. He sent the seat cover to their shop and they repaired it with a new section for several hundred dollars less than new from the stealership. Very happy with the service.

Excellent service. Ernie went above and beyond to repair one of my treatment tables. He came back because HE wasn't satisfied with the repair the first time, and his 2nd repair turned out much cleaner, matching the material more closely. Super nice guy. The convenience alone is worth the cost. My leather sofa was repaired. The repair cant be seen and it didn’t need to be sent to a repair shop, I will be calling them the next time I need anything done. Nice job!
After trying to schedule warranty repair work with two other vendors, I discovered fibrenew and Ernie by chance! Boy am I glad I did!! Not only was he a preferred vendor with my warranty company, he took the claim and had it transferred to him, and got the work scheduled, all within hours of contacting him! It was fast and professional and with a completely prefect outcome!! He came to me, and the repair time was convenient and quick!! I highly recommend Ernie for any type of leather or vinyl repairs on boats, planes, cars, or motorcycles he can do it all!! He's a really great guy too!!
“FibreNew’s” owner, Ernie, and his team cleaned amd renewed 2 very large leather couches for us. The couches were fairly dirty and significantly scratched from a bit too much puppy love!!

We’ve had an Ekornes Stressless Recliner for 25 years that developed a large tear in the middle of the seat. Ernie, our local Fibrenew rep, fixed the tear, took care of a number of cat scratches, reconditioned the entire chair, picked up and delivered it back. The chair looks absolutely brand new! I’m amazed at how great it looks. And I’m very pleased with the work that was done on it.
