“I'd like to offer an outstanding review for the restoration work done on my old, beat up and faded but sturdy leather sofa, loveseat and ottoman. Janae, the owner came by my home to look at the furniture (at no additional charge) before offering a quote which turned out to be competitive and fair. She then sent me a formal, detailed estimate via email and quickly setup a mutually convenient appointment to do the work. Upon arrival (on-time) she did the cleaning, color restoration, conditioning and protecting well before the estimated completion time! Janae is a pure professional in that she clearly communicates what to expect, gives an estimate of how long it will take and clearly explains how it will be done. Something I've asked other companies to do and they balk or just don't do it. Once the appointment is scheduled she confirms regularly up until the appointment date, then arrives with all the necessary tools, mats and cleaning products in her cute company truck. She covered up all my other furniture and carpets, moved furniture as needed and did an absolutely beautiful job restoring my leather sofa and loveseat as well as my four kitchen counter chairs! I couldn't be more pleased with her attention to detail, prompt arrival and superb skill! My furniture looks almost new and I'm happy to say it was a job very well done!
