Nicola did an absolute awesome A++ job on our leather chair!! It was in awful shape! Car scratches, cat urine and a piece of leather was actually peeled off. He replaced the cushion and the webbing. Totally refinished the whole thing to look like practically brand new!!! And believe me, this chair was in bad shape. But held sentimental value to my husband. So a huge shout out to Nicola for saving this chair for my hubby and for an absolute amazing job!!! Great price too!! I highly recommend them!!!!

Nicola did magic on my leather car seats. He was sent to me through my Ford Warranty and I couldn't be more satisfied with Fibrenew and Nicola. Very difficult leather seat repair to damage from an unknown source on a 2015 Volvo XC60. Easy appointment making, came to my house. Total professional and a very pleasant and interesting owner. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Nicola Cristiani from Fibrenew. Our leather sofa which is three years old and out of warranty had one of the seat cushions that was tearing. The seats in my 2012 BMW had yellowed and the leather trim along the interior of my doors had frayed. Now they look like new, thanks to Fibrenew. Plus they came to my house to do the job. I'm very pleased and highly recommend them.

I had Nicola Cristiani give me an estimate on my heavily stained sectional leather couch in four different areas. The cost seemed reasonable, and I decided to use his services. He spent approximately two hours at my home working on the stained areas. The results were absolutely amazing as all the stained areas were gone and the original color was perfectly matched. I paid him upon completion, and I did have one leg of the sectional that was pushed in, causing that corner to sit very close to the floor. He promised to return a few days later to attempt to repair it. He returned and was able to repair the broken wood with new wood and did not even charge me for it. I did give him a generous tip for his outstanding work. He is a gracious gentleman who I highly recommend.
I had the owner of the company come to my house to repair my back seat on my palisade. The owner was very courteous and explained every step of the process. He did an absolutely fantastic job.
